Great job to the customer service department!!
Love the cuff and storage of readings with pulse but it takes about 6 tries to get it activated. Is there a trick?
The device is easy to use and gives precise measurements of blood pressure a heart rate. One possible development could be the possibility to setup a periodic measurement (let say one measurement every 30 min, 60 min and so on) without pushing " start " on the IPHONE in order the have a registration "day and night" for 24 hours while sleeping or during physical activity : running or Biclycling) continuously. Yours sincerely Leonardo
So easy to use. I especially like how it works with the app.
I’ve used a neighbors QardioArm before I purchased my own. I knew how amazing this Device was beforehand, and worth every penny. My neighbors QardioArm that I was using actually help save my life. It detected a heart issue going on, and I ended up having emergency heart surgery due to paying attention to my blood pressure readings and irregular heart rate. Along with how my body felt. I Had a pacemaker placed at the first of the year. Anyway I received my QardioArm that I purchased after my hospital stay. My issue is that the black cuff gets stuck and tangled with the metal loop with the fabric. I have to completely undo the arm every time before use, and then again after. Never had this issue with my neighbors. Just a little frustrating, but still use it everyday multiple times.
